Microsoft SQL Server : How to Save changes?
When you are using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2012, default setting does not allow you to save changes. You may be confused about that. Be sure to remember how to save changes.

3.Tick the Prevent saving changes that require the table re-creation check box, and then click OK.
